Strategy Lab: Mission-led local government

Our Strategy Lab sessions are a space to come together to discuss bold, practical ideas to futureproof councils and to create the conditions for place-based responses to the big challenges we face.

This Strategy Lab will focus on mission practice in local government. The session will provide senior local government officers with a space to practically reflect on how missions practice (underpinned by both culture and ways of working) could support their council and place to make progress against complex challenges.

In the session, we will draw on learning from our ongoing project on mission-led local government and together test some of the emerging findings.
