REQUIREMENTS

Accessibility
Hearing loops are fitted at the main stage and portable loops are available at our info point. We also will have large print copies of the agenda available on request.

Step-free access
Guildhall is a fully accessible venue with step-free access and accessible toilets throughout.

Sessions will be held throughout the day in various locations within the venue, so participants may need to move between the lower and upper levels between sessions.

Due to the nature of the building, and its age, some of the smaller lifts in the venue will require assistance from City of London venue staff at the Guildhall. These staff will be available throughout the day to support you, if needed.

Captioning – TBC

We will have seats reserved on the front row of the main hall for those who are hard of hearing.

There will be black and white copies of the agenda available at the New Local desk.

Quiet space
A dedicated quiet space will be available on the day. Please approach our information point for details.

Dietary requirements

If you have specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please speak directly with our catering partners on the day—they’ll be happy to assist you.

If you haven’t already informed us of any allergies, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that all food served will be vegetarian.
