Accessibility
Hearing loops are fitted at the main stage and portable loops are available at our info point. We also will have large print copies of the agenda available on request.

Step-free access
Guildhall is a fully accessible venue with step-free access and accessible toilets throughout.

Sessions will be held throughout the day in various locations within the venue, so participants may need to move between the lower and upper levels between sessions

Due to the nature of the building, and its age, some of the smaller lifts in the venue will require assistance from City of London venue staff at the Guildhall. These staff will be available throughout the day to support you, if needed.

If you have not already notified us of your accessibility needs please let us know.

Quiet space
A dedicated quiet space will be available on the day. Please approach our information point for details.

Refreshments
Refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day. We asked for dietary requirements during registration and make sure to amply cater for common dietary needs.

If you have specific allergies and avoidances, please approach our catering partners who will be able to guide you.

We encourage the use of a reusable water bottles which you will be able to refill during the day.

New Local and our delivery partners have worked hard to reduce waste at the event. We are proud to have eliminated single use plastics and have worked hard to reduce food waste. Please support us by returning your lanyard at the end of the day and recycling any paperwork you take with you once you no longer need it.
