How We Did It: Focusing services in places of trust to embed co-produced activities at a hyperlocal level

At this session we heard from Petra Roberts, Assistant Director for Culture, Libraries and Heritage and her colleague Emma Winch, Head of Cultural Transformation at Hackney Council, about their work in identifying libraries across the borough as spaces where residents feel secure and building their engagement to deliver a wider range of services from them.
