Spotlight: Enabling prevention through outcomes partnerships
Register now
In partnership with Bridges Outcome Partnerships, this session will explore how outcomes-based approaches can transform the delivery of preventative public services.
We’ll take a look at person-centred, outcomes-focused programmes that offer flexible, personalised, and collaborative solutions tailored to local needs, helping reduce demand on statutory services and enabling local authorities to deliver prevention more effectively. You’ll also hear about national government initiatives, including the Better Futures Fund, that are driving this work forward.
We’ll hear from colleagues at Bridges Outcomes Partnerships and AllChild about their approach in transformative delivery with local authorities in particular with schools and families. AllChild will share an example of their work with Wigan Council, to give you a clearer picture of how this delivery and funding model works in practice and the tangible benefits it can deliver within different council services.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and consider how such a model could work in your local authority.
Who should attend: Senior local government officers involved in designing or commissioning preventative services.
You’ll come away with:
- Practical insights into designing and implementing outcomes partnerships.
- Real-world example of how outcomes focused prevention programmes can ease pressure on statutory services and improve local outcomes.
