Reorganising for outcomes: focus on digital

We have been convening a series of sessions bringing in leading local government figures with direct experience of unitarisation to share lessons learned.  We will examine the key considerations and challenges in developing new ways of working and innovative operating models that deliver with and for communities in place.  

At this session we will be joined by Jonathan Stephenson, Chief Executive of Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council and Lisa Trickey, Lead Adviser Digital Change, LG Horizons, LGA. They will share their insights into the digital challenges and opportunities of LGR.
