Join us for this member exclusive Lunch and Learn session focused on how to impactfully use participatory budgeting to engage with your communities.  

We’ve spent the last few months working with a small cohort of our members to delve into how councils are using participatory budgeting. Together we’ve held a focused set of peer-led discussions, and we are keen to share the learning with our wider network. 

During this session we’ll share learning and insight on:  

• How councils are practically and innovatively using participatory budgeting today 

• How to ensure participatory budgeting is impactful and is a tool to genuinely engage with your communities 

• The opportunities, challenges and questions you might want to consider as you get started with participatory budgeting  

• We’ll hear insights from some of our cohort about their experiences of using participatory budgeting and their reflections from our deep-dive sessions. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions.
