This session is for senior local government officers to explore the opportunities of working in more experimental and learning centred ways and how to grow these ways of working in their organisation. 

In this session you will have the opportunity to hear from colleagues who are developing these ways of working in their organisations. You will also have the opportunity to think together about how to grow the mindset and capabilities needed for these ways of working and the system conditions needed to support this. 

Our Strategy Lab sessions are a space to come together to discuss bold, practical ideas to futureproof councils and to create the conditions for place-based responses to the big challenges we face.
