Pioneer Working Group: Neighbourhood working

During this sprint series of workshop sessions we will be exploring neighbourhood ways of working. Bringing our members together to share learning, practical experience, and challenges around working in neighbourhoods.

We will work as a group to identify and interrogate the key areas that are challenging our cohort, and work through these during the sessions, likely to be focused around:

• how to cut across service silos and organisational boundaries to drive better outcomes for people and communities.
• building a better understanding of communities
• how to build the case for where to best direct resources
• learning what works in improving outcomes for people and places
• developing more prevention-focused, relational services which are connected to and work with the assets and activities in communities
