At this event we will talk through our latest research report, Constructing Consensus: The case for community-powered development and regeneration.

Following the launch of the report, we would like to give our members the opportunity to hear more about our findings and feedback their thoughts as to how this might be helpful in their day to day work. 

The report sets out how we can unlock the fraught and adversarial planning system, so that development can proceed at pace, delivering both the quantity and quality of homes and buildings we need. We makes the case for a renewed approach to regeneration and development which builds in the role, voice and influence of communities across all stages of development. We also provide a set of actions that can be taken in the short term to make this vision a reality.
