Celebrate and be inspired at our Next Generation Programme graduation.

After a phenomenal year of connecting and hard-work developing the services they offer to residents, we are thrilled to give the attendees of our Next Generation programme the opportunity to come together and continue the conversation.

With a focus on the four areas they identified as development needs, in this two-hour session we will explore further together, how to:

• Develop leadership skills & strategic thinking
• Create change and fresh purpose
• Grow and nurture external relationships
• Progress their careers

As well as extended networking, where they will meet mentors from the programme and fellow graduates, they will hear from keynote speakers who will leave them motivated for their next steps.

Of course, no graduation would be complete without a drink’s reception – and we are extremely fortunate to be able to offer one in this fabulous venue.

We can’t wait to bring our Next Generation programme participants together.
