How We Did It: Setting up warm spaces

Councils know they need to respond quickly to the energy crisis in a practical way for vulnerable residents. A popular approach has been creating and supporting ‘warm spaces’ for residents.

At this session we heard from Gateshead Council who have established a coordinated warm spaces project. We put Service Director Alison Dunn in our hot seat.
