Claire Kennedy is Joint Chief Executive and co-founder of PPL, one of the UK’s leading public service transformation consultancies, a BCorp and a social enterprise working alongside places and communities to create more human, connected and effective public services.
For more than two decades, Claire has worked across health, local government and wider public services, supporting organisations to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and deliver meaningful change. Her work focuses on systems change, leadership and organisational development, with a particular interest in neighbourhood health, partnership working and community-centred approaches to reform.
Known for her collaborative and relational approach, Claire works with leaders, practitioners and communities to build the trust, shared purpose and practical relationships needed to deliver change across organisational and system boundaries.
Claire is Vice Chair of New Local, Entrepreneur in Residence at Anglia Ruskin University, and a former Vice President of the UK Management Consultancies Association (MCA). She is also a Fellow of the RSA (FRSA), trained coach and Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC).
